This cemetery is located north of Westville Oklahoma. At OK highways 62 & 59, take Ok 59 north 4.8 mile to Skelly School/Chewey Road sign, turn left (west), stay on this paved road, keep going past the New Hope cemetery on your right, you will travel several more miles to the Chewey store, turn north at the Chewey store on the River Road, about 1/2 city block, you will cross a bridge for a small creek, just past the bridge, turn left on a dirt road. Follow this dirt road past a house on your right to the cemetery. This cemetery has public access, well maintained and fenced.
There are a lot of stone/rock markers for graves in this cemetery.
This cemetery was documented and graves plotted in 1977 and called the Chewey Cemetery.
