I show the name middle name if one and last name. year of birth and year of death. If someone had a Headstone placed that is not dead yet I went ahead and wrote down the name with a vacant instead of year of death. Some did not have either so I just put ?? if there is someone buried there. The numbers 1-23-12e-4 would mean section-block-lot(e for east 1/2 w for west 1/2) and - space number that they are buried in If john Doe was shown as 1-23-4e-5 and Jane doe was 1-23-4e-6 they would be side by side.
