Loretta Salone Fuhr Shanahan

Loretta Salone Fuhr Shanahan, 82, was born February 1, 1903 in Pittsburg, Pennsylvania to Jacob and Mary Margaret Fuhr and passed from this life Monday, February 11, 1985 in the Cheyenne Convalescent Home.
In 1922 she and Thomas Matthew Shanahan were married in Pittsburg, Pennsylvania where she lived until moving to Cheyenne in November 1984 to live with her daughter.
She had been a member of St. Teresa's Catholic Church in Pittsburg.
Preceding her in death were her parents and husband.
Survivors include two daughters, Eileen Stinson of Cheyenne, Oklahoma; and Bernice Clyde Smith of Pittsburg, Pennsylvania; two sons, Thomas E. Shanahan and James H. Shanahan, both of Pittsburg; ten grandchildren; sixteen great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; two sisters, Marcella Kramer of Geinshaw, Pennsylvania; and Florence Reed of Mexford, Pennsylvania; one brother, Theodore Fuhr of Butler, Pennsylvania; as well as numerous friends.
Services were held Saturday, February 16, 1985 with burial in Northside Catholic Cemetery in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
