Services for Henry W. Miller of Red Oak, Oklahoma were held October 16, 1958, in Farmington, New Mexico, with Rev. Lee Sherrard the officiating minister. Committal was in the LaPlata cemetery.
Henry W. Miller was born December 10, 1888 at Enfield, Illinois and passed away October 13, 1958, from a heart attack, in the St. Mary's hospital, McAlester, Oklahoma, at the age of 69 years, 10 months and 3 days.
He came to Roger Mills county in 1900 with his parents and settled near Grimes, Oklahoma.
He was united in marriage to Ada Williams on July 16, 1913 at Cheyenne, Oklahoma. She preceded him in death in 1938.
Survivors include six children, Mrs. Ruby Blundell of Cheyenne, Oklahoma; Mrs. Ruth Harper of Farmington, New Mexico; Mrs. Mae Keeney of Creswell, Oregon; Mrs. Lorene Jackson of Compton, California; Raymond Miller of Waterford, Connecticut; Wilburn Miller of Farmington, New Mexico; fourteen grandchildren; two brothers, Walter Miller of Albuquerque, New Mexico; Albert Miller of Fresno, California; and a host of other relatives and friends.
