Kristian Kerr Burch

Mrs. Kristian Kerr Burch was born September 8, 1969 in Hereford, Texas and departed this life September 27, 1995 at the age of 26 years and 19 days.

Kristian graduated from Hereford High School and attended Lubbock Christian University, where she earned a teaching degree.

At Lubbock Christian, she was a member of the Kappa Phi Kappa Sorority.

After graduation, she began teaching 4th grade a Northridge Elementary in the Friendship schools.

She and Eric married June 5, 1992 in Hereford. Their daughter Kaitlin is six months old, and Kristina loved her dearly.

She and Eric were members of the South Plains Church of Christ in Lubbock. They were joint sponsors of the junior and senior high students.

Kristian was a devoted daughter, wife and mother.

Survivors include her husband and daughter; her parents, Norman and Sherri Kerr of Hereford; her in laws, Charles and Jean Burch of Denton; a sister, Laura Kerr of Lubbock; and her paternal grandmother, Ruth Kerr of Hereford.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Wayne and Fanny Davis of Durham, Oklahoma.

Services were Saturday, September 30, 1995 at South Plains Church of Christ, Lubbock, Texas.

Memorial services were at 2 p.m. at Central Church of Christ Hereford, Texas and private burial at Restlawn Memorial Park, Hereford, Texas.
