Services Held For Mrs. Ada Hill
Services for Mrs. Ada Mary Hill of Hammon were held at the Hammon Assembly of God Church with Reverend P. W. Stewart and Reverend Albert Trent officiating and burial was in the Kiowa Cemetery southwest of Hammon under the direction of Martin Funeral Home.
Mrs. Hill was born January 21, 1874, in Benson, (De Soto Parish) Louisiana and died September 20, 1963.
She was married September 7, 1892, in Greer county to W. R. Hill and he preceded her in death, May 13, 1955. (Sould be April 13.)
Survivors include three children: Jim Hill of Hammon, Mrs. Ruth Frost of Ft. Dodge, Iowa and Mrs. Viola Edmondson, Pasadena, California; one sister, Mrs. Laura Deason of Haygood (?), California; and one brother Newt Turner of Hammon; 13 grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
