Donna Darlene (Foreman) Prater, 79, of McAlester, passed away Saturday, February 26, 2022 at McAlester Regional Health Center. Viewing will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Thursday, March 3, 2022 at Bishop Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, March 4, 2022 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints with Bishop Packard officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery. Donna married Roger Curtis Prater, Sr. in 1960. She gave birth to four children. Donna was a wonderful mother, wife, sister, daughter, and friend to all who knew her. She was an angel to everyone with a heart of gold. She is preceded in death by her parents: Delmer Foreman and Nellie (Broadstock) Foreman, and brother: Billie Foreman. Donna is survived by her husband: Roger C. Prater, Sr; children: Sherry Russon, Curt Prater, Delmer Prater, and Debbie Anderson; and brother: James Foreman.
