Holly Ruth Jordan, 44, of McAlester, passed away Saturday, Feb. 22, 2025. Funeral services will be Friday, March 7, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at Brumley-Mills Funeral Home in McAlester. Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery. Holly Jordan was born on Dec. 31, 1980 in Tulsa to Brian and Jan (McClain) Jordan. She grew up in McAlester and received her diploma form McAlester High School. Holly was an excellent clarinet player in the MHS Band and was named to the All-District and All-State Bands. After school, Holly worked as a desk clerk/receptionist at a local motel. She was also accomplished at crocheting, and took great joy in making things for her family. Holly is survived by a son, Arlo Jordan; her mother, Jan (McClain) Jordan; a sister, Emy Vinyl; and a brother and sister-in-law, Brent and Teri Jordan, and their children, Macy, Seth, and Kate. Holly was preceded in death by her father, Brian Jordan.
