Frances Jo Craft, 84, of McAlester, Oklahoma passed away on April 29, 2023 at her home. The family will greet friends from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 3, 2023 at Chaney Harkins Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 4, 2023 at Oak Hill Cemetery with Mr. Randy Walters officiating. The burial will follow. Frances was born on October 24, 1938 in Wewoka, Oklahoma to Clayton Shipley and Luna (Satterfield) Shipley. She married Bob Lee Craft in January of 1958. She is survived by her husband of 65 years: Bob Craft of the home; her daughter: Cheryl Steidley and husband, Greg of McAlester; her grandchildren: Jami Steidley, and Colby Steidley; her sister-in-law: Martha Brooks of Moore; and other family and friends. Frances is preceded in death by her parents: Clayton and Luna Shipley; her brother: Bill Shipley; and her sister: Jackie Hefner.
