Levi James McMahan, 29, of Arpelar, OK passed away January 14, 2022. Visitation will be held Monday, January 17, 2022 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. with family greeting friends from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Chaney Harkins Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, January 18, 2022 at Pittsburg School Gymnasium with Reverend Kenny Morrow officiating. The burial will follow at Blanco Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Zach Burkhead, Kyle Day, Ryan Hutchison, Chad Smith, Travis Smith, and James Goddard. Honorary pallbearers are Paul Shannon, Charlie Rowland, Ricky Hunt, and Richard Greer Levi was born on March 16, 1992 in McAlester, Oklahoma to Kimberly Day and Michael McMahan. Levi graduated from Pittsburg High School with the Class of 2011. Levi loved sharing the word of God, spending time with his family, being outdoors caring for his animals, mostly his goats, and swinging on the porch listening to his old country music mixed with old country hymns. He is survived by his mother: Kimberly Day and Jimmy of Arpelar; his father: Michael McMahan and Summer Johnson of the home; his sisters: Mickayla Burkhead and Zach of Arpelar, Racheal Corley of Haywood, Kyli Pytel and Jarrod of Tipp City, OH, and Sarah Corley of Tulsa; his brother: Kyle Day of Arpelar; his grandmother: Carol Wingo and Artie of Blanco; his grandfather: Geary Smith of Blanco; his great-grandmother: Jessie Porter of Pinetop; his nieces and nephews: Caleb, Karsyn, Bentlee, and Lily; his cousin: Martha Greer; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and close friends. Levi is preceded in death by his Papa: Harold McMahan; his Rannie: Marilyn Drake; his Pa: Ray Porter; and his uncle: Dan "Boone" Lewis.
