Lois Maxine Long, 96 years, of Barnsdall, Oklahoma, passed away on Wednesday, October 18, 2017, at the Barnsdall Nursing Home, in Barnsdall, OK.

Lois was born in Glenoak, OK, on January 12, 1921 to John Kurtz and Edith Fern (Wilkerson) Anderson.

She graduated from Nowata High School. She was married to Everette Keene, who passed away in 1947. After his death, she married Claud "Hop" Long, who passed away in 1998. She was the owner of the "Tavern" in Barnsdall. She was a lifelong area resident, and spent the last 19 years in Barnsdall.

Lois is survived by four sons, Clyde Long of Hot Springs, Arkansas, Joe Lee Long, Tulsa, OK, Tom Keene and wife Brenda, of Barnsdall, OK, Don Joe Keene and wife Denise of Pawhuska, OK, and numerous Grandchildren, great Grandchildren, and great-great Grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her Parents, two Husbands, two sons, Robert Long, and Ronald Keene, three Brothers, and one Sister.

The funeral service will be held at 10:00A.M., Monday, October 23, at Stumpff Funeral Home Chapel in Barnsdall, Oklahoma, with Minister Jim Anderson officiating. Pallbearers will be Billy Ray Keene, Joe Wiley Keene, Jason Keene, Tim Keene, Trenton Keene, and Trevor Keene, and honorary Pallbearer, Colton Keene. Burial will follow the service at the Ethel Reese Cemetery in Barnsdall, Oklahoma.
