Debbie Wilson, age 60 of Noble, and formerly of Purcell, passed away Monday, January 20, 2020.

Deborah Ann Frank was born July 3, 1959 in San Antonio, TX, the youngest of 2 daughters born to Paul Keith Frank and Roberta “Bobbie June” (Diel) Frank. She was raised in Purcell and attended Purcell schools, graduating with the Dragon Class of 1977. Debbie then attended the University of Oklahoma where she studied Psychology. On August 7, 1981, Debbie married her best friend Larry Wilson, and together they raised 3 daughters, Natalie, Kerri and Lauren. Debbie cherished her girls and was so happy as she became a grandmother to Ella, Connor, Adeline, Lillian and Veronica. Debbie was artistic and expressively creative, and she loved anything and everything to do with Halloween. She enjoyed sewing and cake decorating and she shared her many talents with her family and friends. The last few years, she has lived with her mother, to help care for and attend to her every need.
