Randy Lee Stone, age 62 of Maysville, passed away Sunday June 7, 2020.

He was born September 6, 1957 in Pauls Valley, Ok, to Robert and Vaskey (Davis) Stone, the youngest of 5 children. He attended Wayne Elementary, and graduated from Alex high school in 1975. He became a member of the Church of Christ at a young age. After graduation, he completed basic training in the National Guard, but a serious car accident prevented him from completing his service commitment. He married Mary Ruth McDaniel and they moved to Pratt, Kansas. They were blessed with one son, Trace, who was the pride of Randy’s life. Randy worked several jobs, but the one he always came back to was tree trimming. He was employed by Asplundh for a while, but enjoyed being his own boss. Randy has been retired because of disability and has lived in Maysville, Ok for the last 10 years. He will be missed by many.

Brother in Law: Jerry Wingate

Niece: Shelley Stone Magehee

He is survived by:

His son: Trace Stone & wife, Rebecca of Dearborn, Missouri

Granddaughters:  Jordan Stone & Taylor Stone

Grandson Jason  Stone

Two Sisters: Helen Wingate & Margaret Jones and husband Bud, of Ada, Ok

Sister in Law: Kathy Cole Stone

Several nieces and nephews and a host of family and friends.
 

Memorial Services will be 10 a.m. Saturday, June 13th at Hillside Cemetery, Purcell.
