PURCELL-NEWCASTLE, MCCLAIN CO, OK

Mary Schacher, age 85 of Noble, passed away Tuesday, August 12, 2014. Mary Webster was born January 6, 1929 in Purcell, OK, the third of ten children born to Clovis Webster and Mary Thelma (Lee) Webster. She was raised in Purcell where she attended school. Mary met Vernon Wright, a young W.W. II serviceman from Wayne, OK. They married and made their home in Del City for 22 years. Together, they raised three children; daughter, Elouise and sons, Ronny and David. Mary enjoyed being a homemaker and mother. She was a gifted seamstress and enjoyed making clothing for her family and friends. In 1970, she married Clarence “Chuck” Schacher. Mary enjoyed playing bingo, card games, working crossword puzzles, and occasionally playing slots at casinos. She was a wonderful mother and grandmother, sister, aunt and a good friend. She will be dearly missed.

She was preceded in death by: Her Husband - Chuck Schacher Her Parents - Clovis and Mary Webster Five Brothers - J.B., John, Dale, Jim and William Webster

Mary leaves behind: Daughter - Elouise Dodd and husband Leonard of Harrah, OK Two Sons - Ronny Wright and wife Brenda of Yukon, OK David Wright of Noble, OK Two Sisters - Lona Deal and husband Dewayne of Choctaw, OK Patsy Gregg of Purcell, OK Two Brothers - Joe Webster of Purcell, OK Jerry Webster and wife Pat of Collinsville, OK Seven grandchildren Nine great grandchildren A host of other family and friends.

Graveside Funeral Services are scheduled for 10:00 A.M. Monday, August 18, 2014, at the Hillside Cemetery in Purcell, OK.
