Jacquelyn Zoe Roberts died October 18, 2016 in Wayne at the age of 81 years 27 days.

Memorial Services are scheduled for 2:00 PM, Saturday, October 29, 2016 at the 9th and Pierce Church of Christ in Purcell. Services are entrusted to Wadley’s Funeral Service.

Jacquelyn was born September 22, 1935 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to E.D. and Jewell (Strickland) Pittman. She was raised in Oklahoma City and Purcell, graduating in 1953 from Purcell Schools. Jacquelyn then continued her education at East Central University. On May 24 1974 she married George Roberts in Slaughterville, Oklahoma. Jacquelyn worked as a seamstress for Roy Wilson Factory in Wayne for many years as well as helping George operate Roberts Dozer Service until they retired. She enjoyed camping at Blue River, and spending time with her family and friends there. Jacquelyn also enjoyed wood-crafts, gardening and painting. She attended services at the 9th and Pierce Church of Christ.

Jacquelyn is preceded in death by her parents, E.D and Jewell Pittman; husband, George Roberts;  and son, Gary Roberts.

Survivors include her children, Michael Mansur and wife, Monica, Mark Mansur, Carol Little and husband, Cory, Trudi Hosek and husband, Larry, Mikeal Roberts and wife, Tammy, Regina Oliphant and husband, Greg; 11 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, and many other relatives and friends.
