Gloria Ann Phillips died November 23, 2019 in Waco, Texas at the age of 75 years 1 month 10 days.

Funeral Services are scheduled for 11:00 AM, Saturday, November 30, 2019 at Wadley’s Funeral Chapel.

Interment will follow at Hillside Cemetery, entrusted to the care of Wadley’s Funeral Service.

Gloria was born October 13, 1944 in Stockton, California to Henry Freeman and Tommie Verene (Denison) Dye. She was raised in West Texas, attending school in Plainview. On July 10, 1980, she married Edgar Miller Phillips in Oklahoma City. Gloria worked many years in the food service industry, even owning her own restaurant. She loved to garden, listen to her records, crochet, and coloring in her adult coloring books. Gloria was an amazing seamstress, often making clothes for family.
 

Gloria is preceded in death by her father, Henry Freeman Dye; step-father, Bob Fisher; her husband, "Ed" Edgar Miller Phillips’ siblings, Glenn Dye, Wayne Dye, Leon Dye, and Sarah Richards.

Survivors include her mother, Tommie Fisher; her son, Shayne Bilbrey and wife, Andy of Newalla; siblings, Norma Gepner and husband, Roy of Waco, Texas, Hank Dye of Lexington, Linda Daniels of Slaughterville; close nieces, Gloria Verene Gepner and Kenda Raylee Daniels; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren; and other relatives and friends.
