Mary Frances Gregory
(March 7, 1936 - September 12, 2013)

Mary Frances Gregory was born March 7, 1936 in Lovell, Oklahoma to John F. and Irene (Elmore) Hollenbeck. She passed away September 12, 2013 in Crescent at the age of 77 years.

Mary Frances was born and raised in the Lovell area. She attended Lovell grades school and graduated from Guthrie. She then met Ted Gregory on a blind date and on June 3, 1954 they were married. Mary Frances was a farmers wife who worked along side her husband. She would drive wheat trucks, cook meals for everyone working out on the farm. She loved gardening her roses and all sorts of flowers. She was a great seamstress and made all her children and grandchildren clothes growing up. She also made baby blankets for all the grandchildren.

Survivors include one daughter, Nancy Blaylock and husband Jim of Crescent; one son, Bruce Gregory and wife Teresa of Crescent; two sisters, Lois Gillett and Judy Lucas both of Crescent; eight grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband Ted.

Funeral services will be 10:30 A.M. Wednesday, September 18, 2013 at the First Baptist Church in Crescent with Rev. Dan Ingram officiating. Interment will follow in the Oakview Cemetery in Lovell. Services are under the direction of Abernathy Aaron Funeral Home.
