William was born in Altus, OK to William Alton & Violette Louise (Brooks) Collier.

He lived in Los Angeles in the early 1980's.  He Returned to OK in 1987 to attended & finished Law School in 1991. 
He then returned to California.  Moved back to OK in 2022.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
