May 27, 1943 - November 8, 2019

Dale DeElton Frazier was born May 27, 1943 in Quay, Oklahoma to Earl and Katherine Frazier and passed from this life November 8, 2019. He graduated from Davenport High School in 1961. That summer he came to Medford on the wheat harvest and met the love of his life, Bernie Ciskowski. Dale and Bernie were married the following summer. Early on he worked for Thornhill-Gibson Service Station, then Clyde Coop in Lamont. He worked at Koch Hydrocarbon for 22 years, retiring to become a welder for local farmers, a handyman for all and a caregiver for his wife. Dale was a character and had an infectious personality. He made friends everywhere he went.

Dale is preceded in death by his wife of 50 years, Bernie; his youngest child, J. C. and nine brothers and sisters.

He is survived by his daughter, Donna Frazier; his son, Bill Frazier and wife, Brenda; his daughter, Debbie Richter and husband, Kevin; his grandsons, Alex and Michael Frazier; his sisters, Sharon Bensley and Martha Skaggs; brother-in-law Bill Ciskowski and wife, Evelyn; fur babies, Vera and Coco and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Visitation will be Monday, November 11, 2019 10:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. at Lanman Funeral Home. Rosary will be Monday at 7:00 p.m. at St. Mary Catholic Church in Medford. Funeral mass will be Tuesday, November 12, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. also at St. Mary Catholic Church. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery north of Medford with arrangements by Lanman Funeral Home, Inc. of Medford. www.lanmanmemorials.com Facebook: Lanman Funeral Home Inc.
