June 15, 1928 - September 10, 2020

Joan Bramlett was born June 15, 1928, in Medford, Oklahoma, to Harold and Lee Elder Reed.

She graduated from Medford High School and attended Oklahoma A&M College.

She married Bill Bramlett in 1948 They had three sons: Reed and wife Linda, Rick and wife Linda Jean, and Mark, all of Medford; one grandson, Curtis; five granddaughters, Ashley and husband Nathan Ebert, Erica and husband Randy Hogan, Bethany and husband Curtis Valentine, Hillary and husband John Ullrich, and Natalie; and thirteen great-grandchildren. Joan has a brother, Joe Reed and wife Paula, also of Medford.

Joan was a member of the First Christian Church of Medford where she served as organist and choir director for many years.

Joan passed away Thursday, September 10, 2020.

Memorials may be given to the First Christian Church of Medford, Oklahoma with Lanman Funeral Home acting as custodian.

There will be a Celebration of Life Service for Joan at Rosemound Cemetery on Monday, September 14, 2020, at 10:00 a.m. Arrangements are by Lanman Funeral Home, Inc. of Medford. There will be a time of viewing at the funeral home on Sunday 2:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. www.lanmanmemorials.com Facebook: Lanman Funeral Home Inc. Due to still-present COVID concerns, it is suggested that social distancing and possible wearing of masks be observed.
