July 9, 1932 - March 9, 2021

Gerald D. Revell, 88, passed away in Oklahoma City March 9, 2021. Gerald was born July 9, 1932, to Elmer and Volena in Garber, OK.

He served in the Marines during the Korean War. He then married Amanda Louise Steiger September 16, 1960, and they lived in Enid. He retired from Hackney Iron and Steel.

He is survived by his wife, Louise; one brother and one sister; three children, Pam and husband Paul Beierle of Enid, Randy Revell and fiancée Linda Briggs of Waukomis, and Pat and husband Steve McDonald of Pond Creek; eight grandchildren; and nine great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, mother- and father-in-law, two brothers and three sisters.

He was loved dearly and will be missed.

A memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, March 20, 2021, at Wilson Funeral Home, Pond Creek, OK, with Rev. Wendie Jencks-Wilson officiating. Inurnment will follow at Pond Creek Cemetery, with Military Rites provided by the U.S. Marine Corps Honor Guard. Memorials may be made to the Pond Creek Fire and EMS Association.

January 31, 1936 - July 26, 2022

Louise Amanda Revell (Steiger) was born January 31, 1936, in Pond Creek, OK, to Herbert and Ada (McBride) Steiger and passed away July 26, 2022.

Louise grew up in the Pond Creek area and graduated from Pond Creek School. She then met Gerald (JD) Revell, they were married September 16, 1960, and made their home in Enid. He preceded her in death in 2021. She worked and retired from the Enid State School.

Louise is survived by one sister; 3 children, Pam and husband Paul Beierle of Enid, Randy Revell and wife Linda of Waukomis, Pat and husband Steve McDonald of Pond Creek; 8 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, 2 brothers and 1 sister.

She was loved and will be missed dearly.

A memorial service will be at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, August 6, 2022, at Wilson Funeral Home in Pond Creek, with Rev. Wendie Jencks-Wilson officiating. Inurnment will follow in Pond Creek Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to the Pond Creek Cemetery Association.
