ENID — Marie (Prochaska) Lainez of Warren, Ohio, entered into rest on Sunday, June 10, 2012, at 8 p.m. at Trumbull Memorial
Health Care Center following a lengthy illness. She was 76.

Marie was born the daughter of the late Joseph and Silva (Stoner) Prochaska on March 31, 1936, in St. Mary’s Hospital, Enid, Oklahoma, and had resided in the Warren area
for 35 years.

She was a 1954 graduate of Pond Creek High School and attended St. Francis School of Nursing in Wichita, Kansas, and was employed with Trumball Memorial Health Care Center
as a registered nurse for 20 years, retiring from her duties in 1986.

On March 20, 1959, Marie was united in marriage with Dr. Cesar L. Lozada and had shared 51 years together, until his passing August 17, 2010. Her memories will be remembered
by those she leaves behind, brothers Mike Prochaska of Roseberg, Oregon, Paul Prochaska of Aubrey, Texas, Martin Prochaska of Mustang, Oklahoma, and Raymond Prochaska
of Pond Creek Oklahoma, and sister Theresa Roger of Perry, Oklahoma.

She is preceded in death by her parents and husband.

Graveside service for Marie (Prochaska) Lainez will be 10 a.m. Saturday, June 23, 2012, at Pond Creek Cemetery. Father Carl Janocha will officiate. Local arrangements are by
Wilson Funeral Home, Pond Creek, Oklahoma.

Memorials may be made to Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation or Pond Creek Cemetery Association.
