The graveside service for Don Osburn, 90, is 2 p.m. Monday, March 15, 2010, in Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Salt Fork, under the direction of Wilson Funeral Home, Pond Creek, with the Rev. Jeff McReynolds officiating.

Don was born April 3, 1919, to Cash J. and Clara S. Schweitzer Osburn in Edgewood, Okla. He died Thursday, March 11, 2010, at Integris Bass Baptist Health Center, Enid.

Don attended Salt Fork School. He served in the Army Medical Corps during World War II at Camp Crowder, Mo. He did farming and oil field work. He later took care of his parents.

Don enjoyed going to rodeos. He was a member of American Legion and Lamont Senior Citizens.

He was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Arnold Osburn, and nephew, Harold Duane Osborn.

Don is survived by his sister, Gladys Osborn of Lamont; nephews, Vernon Osborn and wife Patsy of Blackwell, Ivan Osborn and wife Connie of Lamont; and one niece, Rosella Newman and husband Jim of Mustang.

Memorials may be made to Lamont Senior Citizens.
