Mary Leona (Frieze) Hurley
July 23, 1937 ~ Oct. 20, 2009

The funeral for Mary Leona Hurley, 72, will be 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 24, 2009, at First Baptist Church. The Rev. Keith Miller will officiate. Burial will be 2 p.m. in Hawley Cemetery. Arrangements are by Wilson Funeral Home, Pond Creek.

She was born July 23, 1937, in Capron to Gordon and Blaine Iris Todd Frieze and died Tuesday, Oct. 20, 2009, at Greenbrier Skilled Nursing.

She married Donald Duane Hurley April 25, 1954, in Alva. They lived throughout the United States before returning to Enid.

She worked with AWANA and Singing Saints Senior Adult Choir.

Surviving are one sister, Juanita Brewer of Grandby, Mo.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Duane, four brothers and two sisters. Memorials may be made to First Baptist Church AWANA.
