Burl Yonah Livers

Burl Yonah "Cotton" Livers the son of JC Livers Sr. and Mary Lou Feathers was born May 26, 1959, in Tahlequah, Oklahoma and departed this life on November 11, 2021, in Fayetteville, Arkansas at the age of 62 years, 5 months and 16 days.

Cotton was a fun loving man who enjoyed being outdoors whether he was fishing, mowing his grass or playing ball.  He enjoyed growing roses and he was very proud of them.  He loved his family, especially his grandchildren, who meant the world to him.  He was a football fan and loved the Washington Redskins.  Cotton enjoyed watching football and old westerns.  He touched many lives over the years and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

He was preceded in death by his brother Johnny Fid Auffet; his aunt Lola R. Feathers; and a special nephew David Allen Feathers.

He is survived by a loving family which includes his wife Cherokee Livers; his daughters Michelle Livers Stamps and husband Dusty, LeAnne Livers Woods and husband Chris and Lisa Marie Livers and her companion Jarrod Whiteley; his grandchildren Cole Grimmett, Mazie Price, Chloe Stamps and Jet Whiteley; and his nephew James Fid Auffet.  Several other relatives and many friends also survive him.

Graveside Service was held 1:00 PM, Tuesday, November 23, 2021 at the Feathers Cemetery under the direction of Roberts-Reed-Culver Funeral Home, Stilwell, OK.
