DAVIS FAMILY FUNERAL HOME
DEWEY, WASHINGTON CO, OK
(permission granted)

Serjio Ramos, 52, of Dewey, died Thursday in Tulsa. He will be reunited in heaven with his departed loved ones and Christ his Savior.

Serjio was born the son of Jesus and Faustina (Rodriguez) Ramos on March 29, 1969, in San Pablo, Mexico. In 1992, he left family and friends emigrating to Oklahoma to be nearer to other close family members while striving to better support his immediate family. Serjio married Elaine Shrum in 1997, and to them one son was born, Nick. Although Serjio and Elaine later divorced, they remained friends. From an early age, Serjio learned the importance of hard work, a value he passed on to his son. Serjio worked for many years at Central States Business Forms in Dewey. Serjio had a passion for country music and cooking, with a big heart and a deep love for his extended family. When not at work, he enjoyed hanging out at home with Nick.

Serjio is survived by his son Nick Ramos; siblings, Serafin Ramos, Ramiro Ramos, Lala Ramos and J. Salud Ramos; sister Juanita Ramos; niece Kelsey Ramos; nephew Jesus Ramos and great nephew Bentley Cosper to whom he referred to as “Benito.”

Visitation will be held Tuesday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. at the Davis Family Funeral Home – Dewey Chapel, 918-534-3030, 113 S. Osage (Hwy. 75), Dewey.

A rosary will be said on Tuesday at 7 p.m., in the Davis Family Funeral Home – Dewey Chapel.

Funeral mass will be held Wednesday at 10 a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Dewey.

Interment will follow in the Dewey Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Carter Davis and Davis Family Funeral Home.
