JACK ROSELIUS
1921 - 2007


Macomb resident Jack Roselius died Monday, March 5, in Norman at the age of 85.
Jack was born August 18, 1921, in McLean, Texas, to Charles Lou and Viola Mae Kime Roselius.
He attended Macomb schools and was a lifelong resident of Macomb.
He served as a sergeant in the U. S. Army during World War II in Japan.
On June 18, 1947, he married Bette Cooper in Norman.
A retired postal carrier, Jack was also a self-employed rancher. He was a member of the Masons, the Methodist Church and the Macomb Fire Department.
He is preceded in death by his wife; two sisters, Twana "Tottie" Gay and Bobbie Jo Stapp and one brother, Dub Roselius.
He is survived by four sons and three daughters-in-lw, Larry and Marilyn Roselius of Moore; Charles "Mouse" Roselius of Norman; Connie and Susie Roselius of Moore; Bobby and Sue Roselius of Choctaw; nine grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren and many extended family and friends.
Visitation will begin 4:00 p.m. today at Cooper Funeral Home.
Service will be 2:00 p.m. Friday at Cooper Funeral Chapel with Pastor Mark Elam of Midwest Community Nazarene Church officiating.
Burial will follow in Prairie View Cemetery.
