Mickey Charles Miller was born on November 24, 1956 in Bartlesville, Oklahoma to Billy Carl Miller and Elizabeth Louise (Vail) Miller. He graduated in 1975 from Nowata High School where he played football, basketball, baseball, and golf. He attended Oklahoma State University where he was a member of Sigma Nu Fraternity. He was a member of the Nowata Country Club for many years. Mickey refereed basketball and football in the Northeast Oklahoma area.

He is survived by his sons, Mickey Miller II and wife, Katie of Jenks, Ok; Matthew Miller of Denver, Colorado; a grandson, Marco Miller of Jenks, OK; his mother Elizabeth Louise Vail) Miller of Nowata, OK; his sisters, Janet (Miller) Cantrell husband Roger of Athens, TN and Patti (Miller) Ingram and husband Billy of Skiatook, OK; brother Brad Miller and wife Connie of Nowata, OK.

He is proceeded by his father; grandparents, Otis and Marie Miller originally of Centralia, OK and Donald and Mary Vail of Big Creek in Craig, County, OK.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at Benjamin Funeral Service Chapel 10:30 A.M., Saturday November 3, 2018.

Interment will be at Nowata Memorial Cemetery, Nowata, Oklahoma.
