John Noble Wright, 87 of Oklahoma City, passed away June 17, 2010. He was born December 30, 1922 in Sentinel, OK to Valerie and John Abraham Wright and grew up in Hobart, Oklahoma.

He joined the Marines following graduation and met his future wife, Mildred, while stationed in North Carolina. Following his discharge, they returned to the Midwest where he started a long career in banking.

He was President of Farmers and Merchants Bank in the mid-70s and later retired from American National Bank in Midwest City.

John was preceded in death by his wife, parents, sister, and son in law.

Survivors include sister Elwanda Holloway of McAlester, OK and children John Wright and wife Cinda, Pamela Nalley, and Jeffery Wright; 2 granddaughters, 4 grandsons, 10 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM, Monday, June 21, 2010 at the Funeral Home Chapel with interment following at Resthaven Cemetery.
