Edmund A. Mills , 76, long time resident of Midwest City, died April 19, 1992.

He was born in Jennings, Ok. in 1916. He grew up in Enid and served in the US Navy four years.

He married Winifred Farrant in Enid in 1940, moving to Oklahoma City to begin his career in Civil Service in 1942. He retired after 34 years at Tinker AFB.

He was a member of Country Estates Baptist Church, a member of Myrtle Lodge 145 and a 32nd Degree Mason, Valley of Guthrie.

He is survived by his wife, Winnie, of 51 years; 2 daughters, Sally Mills of Midwest City and Susan Baker and husband, Kenneth of Okla. City; 2 grandchildren, Chauncey and Camille Baker; and a sister, Marjorie Ward of Dallas, Tx.; nieces and nephews and many friends.

The funeral will be Wednesday, April 22, 1992 at 2:00 p.m. at the Bill Eisenhour SE Chapel, with burial in Resthaven Memory Gardens. Rev. Gary Mac Manamy will officiate.
