Marina M. Alvarado of Oklahoma City passed away November 30, 2014 at the age of 90. She was born in Rhineland, Texas on February 12, 1924 to Simon Medina and Dolores Bermea.

Marina married Henry Alvarado and the couple made their home in Oklahoma City. She worked for many years as a house keeper for the Kerr McGee Corporation and was a member of the Puerta de Oro.

Marina is preceded in death by her parents, four brothers, one sister and a great-grandchild.

Survivors include her children; Delores Alvarado, Henry Alvarado, Richard Alvarado, Stella Mollman, Sandy Bond and Mark Alvarado, one sister Raquel Sosa and one brother Juan Medina, five grandchildren; Arwen McMillan, Charlie Alvarado, Brittany Alvarado, Maddison Mollman and Noah Alvarado and one great-granddaughter Alexandra McMillan.

Funeral Services will be held at 10 AM Saturday, December 6, 2014 in the Chapel of Resthaven Funeral Home with burial to follow in Resthaven Memory Gardens
