Ruth Rachel Tusinger Allred

Services for Ruth Allred were held at the Grace Lutheran Church in Oklahoma City with Pastor Judith Foot officiating. Burial followed at Resthaven Cemetery in Oklahoma City under the direction of John M. Ireland Funeral Home and Chapel.

Ruth Rachel Myers was born September 1, 1920 in Sayre to Polk Waldo and Lena Bell Tuttle Myers and passed away on September 30, 1997.

She was a member of the Grace Lutheran Church in Oklahoma City for more than fifty years and also a member of the Womens Auxiliary of the VFW. She loved playing cards and bingo and also travelling. Preceding her in death were six sisters, two brothers and her parents.

She is survived by her daughter, Peggy (James) Taylor of Moore; her son, William B. (Roberta) Allred of Noble; step children Samuel (Ann) Allred of Newalla, Alberta Qualls of Moore; two sisters, Georgia Ray of Dallas and Gladys Hurd of Temple Texas; 11 grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
