Elva Nadean (Ahart) Carlile, daughter of Abe and Stella (Silvis) Ahart, was born on October 6, 1920 in Pettigrew, Arkansas. She departed this life on August 5, 2015 in Stilwell, Oklahoma at the age of 94 years.

Nadean was a homemaker and a wonderful cook. Many of her recipes have been passed on to her family and friends.

Nadean loved her family very much, and always enjoyed having her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren together on special occasions. She had a way of making each one feel special. She touched many lives and will be fondly remembered by family and friends.

Nadean was preceded in death by her parents: Abe and Stella Ahart, husband: Bob Carlile,and two brothers Jack and Herman Ahart.

She is survived by three sons: Carl Carlile and wife Rita of Amarillo, TX, Charles Carlile and wife Sandra of Hulbert, OK, Lyle Carlile and wife Cathy of Meridian, ID. She is survived by 5 grandchildren: Roger Carlile and wife Rita of Coppell, TX, Jeff Carlile and wife Erin of Amarillo, TX, Charles "Eric" Carlile and wife Dee of Broken Arrow, OK, Jon Carlile and wife Rhonda of Broken Arrow, OK, Briar Carlile of Meridian, ID.

She is also survived by ten great grandchildren: Ryan, Loren, Caitlyn, Tessa, Mason, Caleb, Zeke, Eli, Erin and Allie. Nadean is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many other relatives and friends.

Funeral services were held at 10 am on Wednesday, August 1, 2015 at Roberts/Reed-Culver Chapel, Stilwell, OK with Bro. Chuck Glass officiating. Interment followed at Stilwell City Cemetery, Stilwell, OK
