Teresa (Walters) Phillips, daughter of Wayne Walters, Roy and Nadine (Benham) Pettigrew, was born May 6, 1969 in Siloam Springs, Arkansas and departed this life on June 20, 2015 in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the age of 46 years, 1 month and 14 days.

Teresa loved spending ime with her grandchildren, road trips and visiting with her family and friends. She had a beautiful smile and a warm heart.

She was preceded in death by her father: Wayne Walters, maternal grandparents: Andrew & Geneva Benham and paternal grandparents: Wade & Effie Pettigrew.

She is survived by a loving family that includes her children: Amanda Pritchett and husband Hurshel of Stilwell, OK, Weston Phillips and wife Destinee of Westville, OK, grandchildren: Hannah and Haven Pritchett of Stilwell, Rylee Jo Phillips of Westville, brother: John Walters of Welling, OK, sister: Cheryl Dean Walters of Westville, parents: Roy Pettigrew of Springdale, AR, Nadine Pettigrew of Westville, nephew: Bradley Bruner of Westville, nieces: Bailey Bruner and Cydney Wright of Westville and a special friend: Dianne Phipps of Westville.

Teresa was loved by all who knew her and will be deeply missed.

Funeral services were held at 2 pm on Thursday, June 25, 2015 at Proctor Community Church, Proctor, OK with Bro. Lance Unger and Bro. John L. Pettigrew officiating. Interment followed at Proctor Cemetery under the direction of Roberts/Reed-Culver Funeral Home, Stilwell, OK.
