Hazel Ann Blossom daughter of Arlie and Lily Olyvia (Cain) Passmore was born April 30, 1963 in Porterville, California and departed this life on October 28, 2016 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas at the age of 53 years, 5 months and 28 days. She was a very loving wife mother and grandmother to her family. Her family remembers her being a hardworking mother and grandmother to provide for them. She enjoyed reading and would do anything for anybody.

Hazel was preceded in death by her daughter Lillie May Blossom and her parents Arlie and Lily Olyvia Passmore, siblings; Diane Passmore and Doyle Passmore.

She is survived by a very loving family that includes her husband of over 28 years: Harold Blossom of the home in Ft. Smith, AR, daughters; Cassandra Blossom of Baron, AR, Brittani Blossom of Ft. Smith, AR, grandchildren; Olyvia, Maddison, Lakota and Joshua Blossom, Jay Oliver and Jacklynn Blossom. Siblings; Siblings;

Ophelia Duckett and Earnest Passmore, several nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends also survive her.

Funeral services were held Tuesday, November 1, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. in the Roberts & Hart Funeral Chapel with Bro. Darrell Self officiating. Interment followed in the Baptist Mission Cemetery under the direction of Roberts & Hart Funeral Home.
