Woodward, Okla. — Victoria J. Smith, 34 year old resident of Woodward, passed from this life Sunday, July 24, 2010, in Oklahoma City. She went to Heaven peacefully with loved ones holding her hands. Graveside funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, July 29, 2010 in the Mooreland Cemetery with Gene Karns officiating. Burial will follow under the direction of the Billings Funeral Home.

Victoria Jean Smith was born October 1, 1975 in Brooklyn, New York; she was the second of four sisters born to David Everett and Pamella Ann (Raby) Russell. When Vicki was a small child, her family moved to Woodward where she attended the Woodward Public Schools. Vicki professed her faith in Jesus at an early age. Vicki was married to Tim Smith in March of 1993. She was the mother of three children, Erica, Timothy and Allison. Vicki was known for her generous nature and sense of humor. She enjoyed reading, crafts and spending time with friends and family.

Vicki will be dearly missed by her parents, Allen and Pam Singhiser; her sisters Joanne, Jenny and Stephanie, her children, her boyfriend, Claude Kaufman; aunt Cathy Kidd and many other friends, relatives and loved ones.

She was preceded in death by her father, David Russell.
