Vaudeth Horner, 101 year old former Mooreland resident, died Sunday, November 22, 2020 in Broken Arrow. A graveside memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, December 31, 2020 in the Mooreland Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of the Billings Funeral Home.

Vaudeth A. (Cross) Horner was born on November 13, 1919 in Mooreland, Oklahoma to Clarence Emerson and Nancy Lucile (Wilson) Cross. She grew up in Mooreland and graduated from Mooreland High School in 1937. Vaudeth was united in marriage to Charles Horner on December 31, 1939 in Yuma, Arizona. Vaudeth worked in the medical field during her working years.

She enjoyed refinishing furniture, floral arranging, family events and she loved going to garage sales. She mostly loved being with her family.

She is survived by family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Charles and one sister Vivian Cross.
