Robert Larry Dauphin
29 Sep 1948 - 16 May 1957

Robert Larry Dauphin, son of Lawrence & Irene {Schmidt} Dauphin was born 29 Sep 1948 in Woodard, OK. He died 16 May 1957 from a fractured skull sustained when he drowned in a flash flood northeast of Curtis. At the time of his death, he was living with his family in the Mooreland community.

Robert attended the Methodist Church in Quinlan. He was in the thrid grade at Curtis School.

He is survived by his parents, a sister, Kathy Jo of the home. By his Paternal Grandparents, Robert Coleman & Samantha {Olds} Dauphin. He was preceded in death by his Maternal Grandparents, Henry & Mina {Hasemeier} Schmidt

Funeral services were held at the Quinlan Methodist Church Saturday 18 May 1957 under the direction of Stecher Funeral Home. Interment was in the Mooreland Cemetery.
