Audrey Mae Collier, age 93, of Mooreland, Oklahoma, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family, on July 24, 2025. Born May 15, 1932, Audrey lived a life rooted in love, faith, and quiet strength.
She met and married the love of her life, Gary Collier, in Stillwater, Oklahoma, where they both graduated from Oklahoma State University and became lifelong, passionate Cowboy fans. Married for 58 years, Audrey supported Gary through his military career, raising five children - while creating a loving home across the United States.
Audrey's faith shaped every part of her life and quietly inspired those around her. A long-standing member of Mooreland First Baptist Church, she lived her beliefs with steady grace, everyday kindness, and a heart for serving others. For years, she made weekly visits to local nursing homes - simply to sit, listen, and bring comfort to those who needed a friendly face. Her example of love in action left a lasting mark on her family and all who knew her.
She found joy in life's simple pleasures - browsing thrift stores, tending to her garden, and cheering on OSU football every fall. After retirement, she supported Gary's cycling passion, often trailing just behind him as he logged over 100,000 miles across the country - always his greatest supporter, no matter the trail.
To her family, she was fondly known as Wewa. Audrey leaves behind a legacy of love, generosity, and steadfast faith. She will be dearly missed and joyfully remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Gary Collier, and her daughter, Deborah.
She is survived by her children Elizabeth, Rebecca, David, and Mary; her grandchildren Jeremiah, Joshua, her favorites Jerusha, and Abigail; and her great-grandchildren Sarah, Belle, and John.
Private family services will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of the Billings Funeral Home.
