L.J. Rogers was born on February 11, 1978 in Mooreland, Oklahoma to L.J. and Linda Rogers. He was reared in the Sharon and Woodward areas and attended school there. L.J. enjoyed fishing and fighting and he always enjoyed a nice sunny day spent with friends and family. There was never any gray area with L.J.; it was either black or white.

He spent most of his working career as a rig hand in the oil field and always referred to himself as “RigTrash.”
