Memorial: 3:00 PM Friday, December 5th, 2014 - Billings Funeral Home Chapel

Neva J. Barnes, 80, passed on Thursday, December 4, 2014 at the Grace Living Center in Woodward. A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Friday, December 5, 2014 in the Billings Funeral Home Chapel. A private family burial will be held at a later date.

Neva J. Barnes was born on January 21, 1934. She is survived by four children and four step-children. Her children are Butch, Margie, Larry, and Kathy. Her step-children are Marcia, Norma, Lewis, and Wanda. She is also survived by six grandchildren, five step-grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, various nieces and nephews and lots of friends.

She retired from Western State Hospital in the 1990's at which time she enjoyed her retirement by going on trips and sharing her love of ceramics with friends and local school children.

Mom, we loved you and will hold your love in our hearts until we meet again in Heaven.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation, Alzheimer’s Research or the Grace Living Center with the funeral home accepting the contributions.
