MRS. EVERETT (RUBY) VAN BROCKLIN

24 Feb 1902 - 3 Jan 1979

WOODWARD - Service for Mrs. Everett (Ruby) Van Brocklin, 58, died early Wednesday following an apparent heart attack. Her service will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday in the Stecher Mortuary chapel with the Rev. Daniel Steiner, minister of Trinity Lutheran Church officiating. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.

Mrs. Van Brocklin was born Feb. 24, 1920 in Green Castle, Mo. She later moved to Oklahoma near May, and also served as post master at Dunlap. She worked for several years as an attendant at the hospital in Ft Supply, and on June 14, 1958, married Edward Van Brocklin in Topeka, Kansas. The couple lived in Kansas, Missouri, and Texas prior to moving to Woodward in 1965. She was a member of the Baptist Church.

Survivors include one sister, Mrs. Art (Evelyn) Sallaz, Glendive, Montana.
