Bennie Lee Parker

March 29, 1932 ~ March 27, 2019

Bennie Parker, 86 year old Woodward resident, died Wednesday, March 27, 2019 in Mooreland. Graveside memorial services will be held at 11:00 am Thursday, April 4, 2019 in Elmwood Cemetery.

Bennie Lee Parker was born on March 29, 1932 in May, Oklahoma; he was the son of Eugene Drake and Belle Marie (Kilpatrick) Parker. Bennie was reared on the family farm south of May. Bennie attended school in Laverne, graduating from Laverne High School.

Bennie worked in the oilfield, retiring as a business owner. He and his wife Betty Collier Snyder lived in her family home in Rexburg, Idaho for many years. He moved back to Woodward in 2013, after Betty passed on to Heaven.

Bennie enjoyed traveling with his wife, fishing and spending time with his family.

He is survived by his children, Charles Parker and wife Sabrina of Wichita, Kansas, Billy Parker and wife Gena of Woodward, Marvin Parker and wife Nancy of Illinois, Donna Parker and husband Trent Smith of Woodward; and stepchildren, Charles Snyder and Kathryn Langley; and by brothers, Eddie Parker and wife Reva, Jerry Parker and wife Carrol, and Larry Parker; and sister, Linda Case; and numerous grandchildren, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his first wife, Ina Pearl, second wife, Betty Lou, two brothers Bill Parker and Dwight Parker, sister- in- law Dorice Parker, and step son-in-law, Dan Langley.
