BRIELLA GRACE HEATH

October 02, 2017 - October 02, 2017

Briella Grace Heath entered this world at 21 weeks and 2 days on October 2, 2017; but, this is not where her story began.   She is a beautiful angel.  God granted us time after her birth to meet her. We got to hold her and daddy shared stories of how we met and fell in love. ShaNana and Gramps fell absolutely in love and couldn't stop telling her how beautiful she was. Briella also met Memaw and Papa, who held her tight and shared their love for her. She was blessed to spend time with her Uncle Punk and Aunt Hannah before returning to her daddy arms who handed her to our Heavenly Father.

God has given Gage a gift of dreaming about her and our first baby, a little son we named Greyson Samuel. Briella is running, skipping, fishing, and laughing with her older brother.  They will be missed by us, but we find comfort in knowing we'll see them again someday.

Hi! I'm Briella Grace Heath. I was tired of being kept in my tiny room, so I decided to come into the world a little early on October 2, 2017 at the age of 21 weeks and 2 days.  It was really cold coming into the world because mommy and daddy keep their room like a freezer. I was soon wrapped in warm blankets and spent a few minutes with my mommy. I loved feeling her arms around me and her sweet kisses before they had to take her away. I spent a lot of time in my daddy's arms. I have always been a daddy's girl. I loved when he talked to me in mommy's tummy.  I would kick mommy really hard to make sure daddy knew I heard and loved him.

I also met my ShaNana and Gramps. ShaNana's familiar voice kept telling me how perfect I am and how much she loves me. She bought me my first necklace that had chimes in it and I listened to them in my mommy's tummy. Gramps kept kissing me with that pokey mustache! If I would have had daddy's muscles, I would have pulled that thing and taught him a lesson! I might be a little ornery!

I also met my Papa who's hands were so gentle. He told me I will meet my Great Grandma Maxine and she would teach me all about nursing! I will love that! While I was in Memaw's arms I learned that I have another Great Grandma Morgan who will teach me how to cook in Heaven.

My Uncle Punk held me and I know we would have had so much fun pranking each other.  I would have beat him at his own ornery games, I'm sure of it. My Aunt Hannah was so sweet and so gentle while she held me. She told me about my cousins Jaycub, Kaylee, Trinity, and Malachi. I would have loved playing with them.

I felt so safe when they handed me back into my daddy's arms. He told me the story of how him and my mommy met and fell in love. That's where my story began. I loved hearing that story. My daddy gave me my first kiss and my last kiss before I entered heaven to meet the rest of my family.

Heaven is so beautiful! I asked God to give my daddy glimpses of me and He does! Did you know I have a big brother up here? His name is Greyson Samuel! We are having so much fun running, laughing, and playing pranks on our Great Grandparents! We can't wait for you to join us someday!

When daddy sees me and Greyson in dreams, he tells mommy and I love watching them smile and sometimes laugh. I think it's funny that mommy thinks I look just like my daddy, but I did get my nose, my lips, and one fat foot from her. I love my mommy with all my heart, but I am a daddy's girl!

Please don't cry for me because I am not there with you.  Heaven is right where I belong! I have people here who love me and a brother who loves playing with me. I love you Mommy and Daddy. I'll see you again someday.

-- Briella Grace
