Bonnie Caldwell, 82, of Woodward passed away Tuesday, December 3, 2012 at the Seiling Community Hospital. Graveside funeral services will be held at 10:00 a. m. Friday, December 7, 2012 at the Elmwood Cemetery in Woodward. Services are under the direction of Billings Funeral Home.

Bonnie Lucille Ball Caldwell was born in Sharon, Oklahoma on January 23, 1930 to Willard J. and Stella (Matthews) Ball. She spent most of her youth in the Sharon area and graduated from Sharon High School. On March 3 1947, Bonnie married Willard Marshall Caldwell in Coldwater, Kansas.

Bonnie belonged to the VFW Auxiliary holding all offices and serving for many years. She also belonged to the American Legion Auxiliary here in Woodward. Bonnie worked at the school cafeteria for many, many years. Bonnie was an avid arts and craft participant and would spend hours working on different projects. She was also a great cook. Bonnie's greatest pride came from her family.

Bonnie is survived by one daughter Tommy Caldwell and her companion Jeffrey Lynch of Woodward; one grandson; Brian Perko of Los Angeles, California; one granddaughter Kristina Massey and husband Malcolm of Knoxville, Tennessee; two great-grandchildren; Malcolm "Bubby" Massey IV and Bridget Massey of Knoxville, Tennesee; two sisters and one brother; several nieces and nephews and a host of friends.

Bonnie was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Willard Marshall Caldwell on March 8, 1996; two sisters Georgia Churchill and Margaret Mitch; one brother Eugene Ball and an infant daughter Bonita Caldwell.

The family would like to thank Dr. John Hester, care giver Cheryl Morris and the nursing staff at the Seiling Community Hospital for all of their care and comfort.
