Union Center Cemetery


March 10, 1911 - May 1, 2000

Waynoka – The graveside service for Marjorie Fern Morse, 89, will be 2 PM Monday in Union Center Cemetery at Dacoma with the Rev. Terrill Parvin officiating. Arrangements are under direction of Marshall Funeral Home. Her funeral service was Thursday at Ertel Memorial Chapel.

She was born March 10, 1911, at Dacoma to Sherman and Blanche Stoner Joachims and died Monday, May 1, 2000, at Southwest Memorial hospital in Cortez, Colorado.

She married Wiley C. Morse at Dacoma on October 11, 1936. He preceded her in death in June 1973. She was a member of the Methodist Church and was active in the VFW, American Legion Auxiliary and Senior Citizens Center in Cortez.

She is survived by one daughter, Jo Ann Linnens of Cortez; one son, Bob L. Morse of Tulsa; six grandchildren; and eight great – grandchildren.
