Memorial Hill Cemetery


The funeral for Ray Dean Nutter, 60, of Waynoka, will be 2 p.m. Friday at Waynoka First Baptist Church. The Rev. Aaron Nutter and Michael Kee will officiate. Burial will be in Memorial Hill Cemetery. Arrangements are by Marshall Funeral Home, Waynoka.

He was born Dec. 15, 1946, to Albert Fair and Abbie Elizabeth Cell Nutter and died Monday, Jan. 29, 2007.

He lived most of his life in rural Waynoka, where he attended Waynoka Public Schools.

He married Jennie Marie Lamke May 21, 1965. She died Jan. 4, 1985. He later married Vivian Ramirez May 9, 1985. He was a carpenter, electrician and plumber. He helped build and remodel homes and buildings in the Waynoka area.

Surviving are his wife, Vivian of Waynoka; five daughters, Raye Lyn Bird and JoDena Bradt, both of Alva, Mindy Zook of Waynoka, Gina Bohlen of Ringwood and Roxey Nutter of Tulsa; two stepdaughters, Cindy Ramirez of Yukon and Maria Ramirez of Tulsa; siblings Alberta Bissantz, Aaron Nutter, Pete Nutter, Don Nutter, Linda Strohmeyer and Paul Nutter, all of Waynoka, Jim Nutter of Newcastle and Larry Nutter of Crescent; and 11 grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Jennie, one brother and a sister.

Memorials may be made to the funeral home to help with expenses.
