Homer Henry Curtis, 86, Alva

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by one daughter, Dana Kay Curtis; and two brothers, Glenn Simpson Curtis and Leland Maquette Curtis.

Homer is survived by his wife, Lois, of Stillwater; one son, Dennis Curtis of Owasso; and two daughters, LaVon Hoefer and her husband, Roger, of Daytona Beach, Fla., and Laureene Gantz and her husband, Roger of Stillwater.

Also surviving are eight grandchildren, Ron Hoefer and his wife, Erin, of Top Sham, Maine, Reesa Lacher and her husband, Henry, of Torrance, Calif., Randall Gantz and his wife, Jill, of Amarillo, Texas, Ryan Gantz and his wife, Stephanie, of Norman, Rachelle Martin and her husband, David, of Stillwater; Corey Curtis of Stillwater, Cole Curtis of Owasso, and Justin Curtis of Owasso; other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Sept. 23 at the Alva Church of God with Pastor Bob Brown officiating. Interment will be in the Memorial Hill Cemetery north of Waynoka under the direction of Marshall Funeral Home of Alva.

Memorial contributions may be made through the funeral home to the Alva Church of God Building Fund.
