John Edward Taylor April 6, 1955 - December 24, 2025

ohn Taylor, 70, passed away on Dec 24th, 2025, at his home in Bartlesville, OK. He was the husband of Florentina Taylor for 44 amazing years. Together they traveled the world and raised 3 beautiful children. Born in Spokane, Washington. John was the son of John Dee and Yvonnie Taylor. John served and retired in the US Navy after 15 years of service, then later served in the Army National Guard during 9/11.

His last job was a Military Contractor in Iraq. He later received his associates degree at Spartan College of Aeronautics and Technology. John was an active member of the Iglesia in Cristo church where he was a SCAN officer and deacon for the past 10+ years. Many of his hobbies were watching Jackie Chan, Classic War & Western movies, Bowling with his children, and fishing. John will be remembered for his helpfulness and endless support for his country, caring heart, and ability to tell funny jokes.

John is survived by his wife Florentina Taylor, Children: Robert Taylor and daughter Eris, Kenneth and wife Ashley Taylor and their sons Sebastian, Hugo, Hank, and Phil. Sarah and her husband Kayle Hamilton and their sons Waylon and Kayden. John's three children from his previous marriage: Kim Shamira, John Taylor, and Christine Vaughan and 3 grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, all donations can be made to Florentina Taylor directly. There are no other forms of fundraising for this service:
