Lyman "Leroy" Schlosser, 84, passed away January 8, 2017 in Dewey, Oklahoma.
Leroy was born January 13, 1932 in Sapulpa, Oklahoma to Frank Schlosser and Tressie Simon. He served in the Army during the Korean War. He married Ruth Mae (Frost) Akehunt on May 5, 1980. Leroy worked in maintenance for PSO until he retired.
Leroy loved old, hillbilly country music, watching old westerns and taking long drives. He had a favorite companion, his little min-pin, Buddy.

Leroy was preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Ruth who passed away February 28, 2008.

He is survived by his step-son, Charles Miller and a niece Carole Ford, both of Bartlesville, Oklahoma.

Graveside rites with military honors will be held on Thursday, January 12, 2017 at White Rose Cemetery in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. Services under the direction of Stumpff Funeral Home and Crematory of Bartlesville.
